These are the Terms and Conditions for using ESRA. By using, downloading, or installing this product, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:


I. Definitions

"License" shall mean the terms and conditions for use, reproduction, and distribution.

"You" (or "Your") shall mean an individual or Legal Entity exercising permissions granted by this License.


II. General

A. ESRA is intended to be non-invasive employee monitoring software. Guardanis LLC does not support or condone the use of this software for malicious or harmful purposes.

B. Since ESRA is intended to be a legal monitoring tool, it should only be installed by the owner of the computer or a person granted permission.

C. Unless required by applicable law or agreed to in writing, software distributed under the License is distributed on an "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or implied.


III. Limitations of Liability

A. In no event shall Guardanis LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of profit, loss of contracts, goodwill, data, information, income, expected savings or business relationships, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of ESRA.


IV. License Revocation

A. Guardanis LLC reserves the right to revoke your license for ESRA at any time. Should your license be revoked, ESRA will no longer function under your registration details. Guardanis LLC is not responsible for any losses or damages related to, or resulting from, the revocation of said license(s).


Violating any of the above-mentioned rules will automatically void any license(s), warranty(s), contract(s), and/or upgrade capability you may have with Guardanis LLC. If you witness such violations of this contract, please notify cruceo@Guardanis.com
