When viewing the generated statistics, you also have the ability to block/unblock processes that you find to be unproductive. Remote administration is handled via the Applications panel on the View Statistics page. Below the graphs you will see a list of every process and the amount of time each has run for overall. Next to the logged time is a button that will either say "Block" or "Unblock." All you need to do is click on that button for the process you want to block/unblock and the system will handle it for you. Please note: it may take up to 10 minutes before ESRA responds to the block update on the computer.

How is Idle Time calculated?

A user's Idle Time is mainly calculated based on the time of their last input. If a user does not touch the keyboard or move the mouse for a time-span of more than two minutes, ESRA will begin logging that user as inactive.
